Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Core analytics platform operated by Building Insights Together (BIT). By using Core, you agree to the terms below.

Access

Core is an invite-only platform. Access is provisioned by an authorized administrator. Accounts are issued to individuals and are not transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Core for legitimate analytical and reporting purposes. You will not attempt to access infrastructure you are not authorized to use, reverse-engineer internal systems, extract data beyond the scope of your entitlements, or introduce malicious content into the platform.

Data and provenance

You retain ownership of materials you upload to your personal Library. Core stores, processes, and derives analytics from those materials to provide the service. Published indicators and their provenance records are governed by BIT as platform outputs. See the Privacy page for data handling details.

Service availability

Core is provided on a reasonable-effort availability basis. BIT does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for incidental losses arising from service interruption. Current status is published on the Status page.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as the platform and its institutional relationships evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the platform administrator. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
